today woke up late! so in the end didn't turn up for IPPT. WO LIAW miss called me but my hp wasn't with me... so went to see MO for excuse to cover myself for today...

i reach medical centre around 8am plus and i left at 12pm. -_-" waited for so long la luckily saw a friend from other company so we chit chat and go lunch tgt...

after seeing MO, go back to company slack & rest... after that do some work then rest again... then WO JOHN told me tml will be running 4.5KM at HQ. after that can go home liao...

i tried asking WO JOHN again if i can go for the run luckily he changed his mind say can. but he told me to WALK! walk 4.5KM!!! -.-" i rather RUN la! nvm tml just run nia! hopefully my ankle won't be giving me problems.


weee! i spent nearly half an hour to put in th bloody BALL!
