Jade Liu has been in love with music ever since her childhood days. she now presents her first full-length album. I Am Just What I Am features ten tracks including the principal track "Laughing Tears" (Track 2), which has gained even greater importance as a consolation and encouragement song after the earthquake disaster in Sichuan. Other songs to look out for on the album include "One Sentence - One Wound" (Track 5), written for Jade by Jay Chou's long time lyricist collaborator Fang Wen Shan, and "Rumor" (Track 4), a duet with newcomer Yoga Lin. Ti Amo, Jade's duet with Fahrenheit's Aaron Yan, and the titular I Am Just What I Am (Track 1), featuring rap by Tank, have also been included on this release.
